Bak Mei - White Eyebrow Traditional Kung Fu

"(from wikipedia) is said to have been one of the legendary Five Elders — survivors of the destruction of the Shaolin Temple by the Qing Dynasty imperial regime (1644–1912) — who, according to some accounts, betrayed Shaolin to the imperial government."

Bak Mei Basic Techniques demonstrated by Master Chen Zhong Liang / Chan Jung Leung
Chen Zhong Liang studied martial arts from Childhood becoming very skilled in both Bak Mei and Taiji Quan. His Bak Mei teacher was Chen Jun Xia / Chan Gwan Haap. Studying under master Chen Jun Xia he became very close friends with fellow student and Bak Mei innovator Li Yao Bin / Lei Yiu Ban.
Although Chen Zhong Liang's main love was Bak Mei he was very interested in the philosophy and methods of Taiji. He began to apply the teachings and methods in the Taiji classics to Bak Mei even writing essays on the subject. Throughout his life he continued to practice both Taiji and Bak Mei, eventually refining his Bak Mei to a very high level.

Báiméi dìshà quán / Bak Mei Dei Saat Kyun - demonstrated by Master Chen Zhong Liang / Chan Jung Leung. As the name indicates this form teaches Bak Mei's methods of both fighting on the ground and even more so against someone on the ground.
