"Footage from 2009 year. Grandmaster Zhang Baoyang(*1922), top disciple of great grandmaster Wang Jiwu (*1891✝1991) in age 87 practice the "Advancing and retreating linked fist"(进退连环拳), Zhang Baoyang is one of last living grandmaster in his generation. Besides the following his master Wang Jiwu, he also learned with his gong-fu uncle "iron luohan" Zhang Xiangzhai (张祥斋) also known as Zhang Changfa( 张长发), who was disciple of Liu Dianchen(刘殿琛), buddhist monk and son of Liu Qilan(刘奇兰). Grandmaster Zhang Baoyang is founder and honorary president  of Beijing  Xing Yi Quan association and living legend of Chinese martial arts.Lineage: Shaolin(少林寺)-Ji Longfeng(姬龙峰)-Cao Jiwu(曹继武)-Dai Longbang(戴龙邦)-Li Luoneng(李洛能)-Liu Qilan(刘奇兰)-Wang Fuyuan(王福元)-Wang Jiwu(王继武)-Zhang Baoyang(张宝杨). "One of old generation Beijing master Yang Bao practice Xing Yi Quan (形意拳). Yang Bao (*1937 in Hebei province) is one of famous old generation Beijing masters of 5th generation of Bagua Zhang style. He has been learning martial arts since 9 yars old under local master Meng Fanjing (孟凡敬). He learned Xing Yi Quan(形意拳) and Shaolin Quan first(少林拳).  In 1956 year he became disciple of famous Cha Quan (查拳) master Chang Zhenfang (常振芳) and learned the style include various weapons. Then he bacame disciple of famous Beijing master of Bagua Zhang (八卦掌) style Gao Ziying(高子英). He also practiced Xing Yi Quan under master 朱云行. Yamng Bao is member of Chinese Wushu Association( 中国武术协会会会员)，Beijing  Bagua Zhang Research Association(北京武协八卦掌研究会会员) Beijing Xing Yi Quan Research Association (北京武协形意拳研究会会员) and Beijing Chaquan Research Association vice-president (北京武协查拳研究会副会长).

"This is beautiful performance of Ai Shen Pao by GM Gao Baodong (高宝东) the master of my friend Hou Jinsheng (侯锦升) and GM An Qibang (安启邦) both disciple of Wu Zhitai (吴治泰) from Shanxi, Taigu(山西, 太谷).  Gao Baodong and An Qibang are high skilled and well known Shanxi masters from Che Yizhai(车毅斋) lineage, two of just few descendants of the old orthodox Xing Yi Quan.  There is long friendship between our and Liujian line.  Lineage of grandmaster Gao and his disciple (my lineage "uncle") Hou:  Li Luoneng(李洛能)---Che Yizhai(车毅斋)---Liu Jian(刘俭)--Wu Zhitai-吴治泰---Gao Baodong(高宝东)---Hou Jinsheng(侯锦升)."

Xing Yi Quan master Wang Hongchang (王宏昌) perform fundametal methods of Xing Yi Spear (形意枪基本功) . My eldest uncle (Shi Bo 师伯), master Wang Hongchang(王宏昌), now 70 years old, is the eldest disciple of Wang Lianyi(王连义, son of famous Xing Yi Quan boxer Wang Jiwu (王继武).

Wang Jinguo (王进国) is one of early top disciples of grandmaster Pan Zhiyuan, wo was top disciple of top student of legendary Iron Luohan Zhang Changfa/Zhang Xiangzhai (铁罗汉张长发 aka 张祥斋). He is now 70 years old and he has been learning with grandmaster Pan since child age, more than 50 years. His style is delicate and bright, full of inner power.
